Paulo Lima is an experienced technology professional with a background in software engineering and systems analysis. Currently serving as an Especialista em sistemas and Senior Systems Analyst at Pravaler since July 2022, Paulo focuses on developing technological solutions to impact one million students by 2025. Previously, Paulo held the position of Lead Software Engineer at Gamers Club, leading a tech squad for a key product and enhancing communication between technology and product teams. Experience in software engineering also includes roles at Agilize Contabilidade Online, SoftwareDATA - LTDA, and Conexa.app, where Paulo worked with various technologies such as PHP, Java, JavaScript, and MySQL. Educationally, Paulo holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering from Universidade Estadual de Feira de Santana.
