Mekayla Castro

Mekayla Castro is the Head of Curriculum at Praxis Labs, driving the vision of curriculum and content development, as well as creating immersive learning tools and pathways. Prior to this role, Mekayla held positions at BetterUp, American Express, Teachers College, Fisher Rock Consulting, Catalyst Inc, the International Center for Cooperation and Conflict Resolution, and Rhode Island Hospital, showcasing expertise in leadership, learning experience design, talent development, executive coaching, and conflict resolution. Mekayla holds a Ph.D. in Social-Organizational Psychology from Teachers College, Columbia University.
