Cathy Saunders

Cathy Saunders is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in corporate sustainability and public policy, currently serving on the Executive Advisory Council at Praxis Solutions, Inc. since August 2024, and as Co-Chair of the Policy Council at The Wilson Center since September 2022. Additionally, Cathy is an Executive Board Member for both the YMCA of Greater Boston and the Invest in Others Charitable Foundation. Previously, Cathy held various leadership roles at Putnam Investments from January 2001 to April 2024, culminating in positions such as Head of Corporate Sustainability and Public Policy, Head of Client Engagement Center and Early Career Programs, and Head of North America Institutional Business. Educational credentials include a BA in Communications from the University of New Hampshire, an MBA from Northeastern University, and further studies at Northwestern University - Kellogg School of Management.
