Rhonda Gibb

Rhonda Gibb-Shulman is Senior Business Development Consultant and works closely with PRAXIS’ leadership team to build, manage and execute market-driven strategies to bring the benefits of PRAXIS Technology Escrow services to new and existing clients.

Rhonda has over two decades’ experience in business development guiding clients with custom solutions to their tech and legal needs. Previously, Rhonda’s work focused on satellite technology (Motorola), technology/software resiliency services for critical applications (Iron Mountain), valuation and commercialization services for intellectual property portfolios (Ocean Tomo), litigation services (Courtroom Sciences), case management software (Olofson Technology), and fractional General Counsel services (Outside GC). Rhonda’s experience in partnering with executives and corporate legal is complemented by her strong customer-focus and service as a brand ambassador for the organization.

Rhonda earned a Management degree from Pepperdine Graziadio School of Business. She is active in her community and has served on the board at the YMCA, as a member of ChildHelp, a volunteer for Surfrider Foundation, and currently involved with a non-profit supporting Chicago’s at-risk youth.
