Jono Eshleman

Jono Eshleman is a relationally-motivated problem solver who loves to optimize processes to build community. As an Operations Associate, he supports Praxis' program delivery by tackling event logistics and maintaining data systems. After graduating from Taylor University with a BA in Film & Media Production, Jono gained professional experience in the film, nonprofit, and hospitality industries. He was introduced to the Praxis community as a host team member for Academy 2022 and has been curious about redemptive entrepreneurship and operational excellence ever since.
