Bhaskar is a Banking Professional with more than 20 years of experience in Brand Establishment, Direct Marketing, Business Development and Retail Sales. His last assignment was with RBL Finserve as Zonal Head – MSME, formulating & implementing strategies, and developing new markets for business excellence. He was responsible for Tamil Nadu, Pondicherry, Karnataka and Maharashtra, based out of Chennai. Bhaskar has previously worked with strong industry Brands such as ICICI Bank and HDFC bank. He comes with a proven ability to consistently deliver results. A strong team player, leader by example, inspiring others toward shared goals. Driven by a personal passion for excellence and professional loyalty & responsible for launching new products, streamlining workflow & creating a team work environment. For Prayaan, he will be leading the Retail Branch Business based at Chennai Corporate Office reporting into MD & CEO and the Branch business teams will be reporting into him.
