Ronda Baldwin

Ronda Baldwin is an experienced operations and administrative professional with a diverse background in mission coordination, food service management, and customer service. Currently serving as Operations Coordinator at Praying Pelican Missions since June 2022, Ronda also held the role of Cafeteria Manager at South Gibson County Middle School from October 2020 to May 2022. Previous experience includes positions at Praying Pelican Missions as Senior Missions Coordinator, front desk staff at Holiday Inn Express & Suites, and Office Administrator at Northbrook Church. Ronda's early career involved roles such as Administrative Assistant at Youth Town of Tennessee, Financial Secretary at Poplar Heights Baptist Church, and various customer service positions at Inn on Lake Superior and Duluth Entertainment Convention Center. Ronda holds a Bachelor's degree in Christian Ministries from San Diego Christian College and has further education from the University of Minnesota Duluth.
