Alexandra Farina

Alexandra Farina is a freelance translator specializing in English/Dutch to French translations since June 2020, working with diverse texts including meeting minutes. In addition, Alexandra has been contributing as a casual writer for the Brussels Regional Parliament since January 2021 and has held a similar role for the Parliament of the Wallonie-Bruxelles Federation since January 2017, focusing on drafting and revising parliamentary commission reports and plenary sessions. Alexandra also gained experience in journalism as an assistant editor for the newspaper L'Avenir, starting in July 2017 and continuing as an independent collaborator since 2020. Educational qualifications include a Certificat universitaire in legal knowledge for translators and sworn interpreters, a Master's degree in specialized conference interpretation, and a Bachelor's degree in translation and interpretation, all obtained from the University of Liège.
