Stefan de Kerpel

Stefan De Kerpel is an experienced engineering professional with a strong background in reliability engineering, project leadership, and product design. Currently serving as a Reliability Engineer E&I at Prayon since February 2021, responsibilities include root cause analysis, preventive maintenance, and condition monitoring. Previously, Stefan held various roles at Sensata Technologies from July 2016 to January 2021, including Supervisor for the DTC exhaust gas temperature sensor design team, Reliability Engineer, and Lead Design Engineer. Prior experience includes significant roles at Atlas Copco Airpower, where leadership of engineering test teams and project management for oil-free centrifugal compressors were key responsibilities, as well as engineering positions at Continental Teves and Sirris focusing on hydraulic valves and technological consulting, respectively. Stefan holds a Master's degree in Mechanical and Electrical Engineering from Ghent University, earned in 1998.
