Toni Hermoso Pulido

Toni Hermoso Pulido is a seasoned bioinformatician with extensive experience at the Center for Genomic Regulation (CRG) since April 2009, where involvement includes contributions to the Bioinformatics Core Facility. In addition, Toni serves as an open technology steward at Similis.cc and has been a Catalan translator for translatewiki.net since 2007, focusing on the localization of MediaWiki extensions. Toni is also a community member of Softcatalà, promoting the Catalan language in technology, and was a founder member of Amical Wikimedia, emphasizing Catalan culture and language. Previous positions include community member at Mozilla and a programmer at Intercom Worldwide, along with a bioinformatics scholarship at the Institut de Biotecnologia i Biomedicina. Toni holds an MSc and a Ph.D. in Biotechnology and Bioinformatics from Universitat Autònoma de Barcelona.
