Karlene Fletcher has extensive experience in human resources and learning and development. Karlene is currently the Director of Human Resources at PRC Group, where they lead and directs all HR functions for the organization. Prior to that, they served as the Human Resources Manager at First Atlantic Federal Credit Union, managing the HR function and implementing company policies and programs. At Affinity, they were responsible for developing and implementing learning programs, managing daily operations, and acquiring training grants. Karlene began their career as a Communication Consultant at Novartis.
