James F. Haggerty has a long history of professional experience. From 1987 to 1989, they served as a Special Assistant for U.S. Senator Daniel Patrick Moynihan. In 1989, they moved on to become the Communications Manager for the City of New York Public Development Corporation. In 1993, they became a Partner for The PR Consulting Group. In 1994, they began a private practice as an Attorney. From 1997 to 1999, they worked as the Senior Vice President/Director of the New York Office for The Kamber Group. Since 1999, they have been the President/CEO of PRCG | Haggerty LLC & PRCG | Sports. Additionally, since 2006, they have been a Member of the Board of Trustees for NY/NJ Baykeeper.

James F. Haggerty began their education in 1983 at Marist College, where they studied Communications. James F. then attended Binghamton University from 1985 to 1988, where they earned a BA in Political Science and English Literature and Rhetoric. In 1989, they attended Fordham University School of Law and studied Law. Finally, they attended Stetson University College of Law from 1990 to 1992, where they earned a JD.
