Magdalena Gonçalves is an experienced HR professional currently serving as an HR Transformation Consultant at EY since December 2023, focusing on the transformation of HR functions through process and technology enhancements. Previously, Magdalena held the role of Resource Manager, Senior at Infor from December 2016 to November 2023, responsible for sourcing and staff allocation in IT projects across Denmark and Norway. Prior experience includes positions as an HR Analyst EMEA with Italian language at Credit Suisse, where Magdalena supported HR processes across several European countries, and as an HR Administration Specialist with Italian language at Hewlett-Packard, concentrating on HR process transitions. Magdalena holds a Master’s degree in Sociology and Social Communication from the University of Wroclaw and further education from Università di Trento and Wrocławska Akademia Biznesu w Naukach Stosowanych.
