Francisco Gutierrez

Francisco Gutierrez has extensive experience in human resources management, currently serving as Human Resources Manager at Preacero Pellizzari since November 2005, overseeing HR functions in San Cristobal, Venezuela. Additionally, Francisco has been the Coordinador Nucleo Paramillo for Sistema de Orquestas since September 2010. Prior roles include Head of Human Resources at Vigilantes del Zulia, where Francisco managed all aspects of talent management, and City Branch Manager, responsible for administrative and commercial operations at the Ciudad Ojeda branch. Earlier in their career, Francisco worked as a Psychologist at Velago/Grupo Vepaco focusing on personnel recruitment, selection, and training. Francisco holds a degree in Industrial Psychology from Universidad Rafael Urdaneta and an MBA in HR from Universidad Nacional Experimental “Rafael María Baralt,” complemented by English language training from ELS Language Center.
