Mariana Luna Saavedra

Mariana Luna Saavedra is an experienced professional in human resources, currently serving as Jefe de Recursos Humanos at Preacero Pellizzari México since April 2017. In a previous role focused on Talento, Mariana has been with Preacero Pellizzari since January 2012, where responsibilities include managing and leading the comprehensive development of human talent, designing and implementing competency models, succession plans, and career paths, as well as evaluating performance, organizational climate, and knowledge management to promote the growth and well-being of collaborators. Mariana holds a Master's degree in Engineering Administration from Centro de Estudios Superiores de Veracruz (2013-2015) and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Universidad Veracruzana (2002-2006).
