Gordon Norman has over 20 years of experience in the healthcare industry. Gordon began their career in 2005 as the Executive Vice President and Chief Medical Officer for Alere Medical, Inc. where they were responsible for expanding Alere's portfolio of best-of-breed cardiac programs. In 2008, they became the Chief Innovation Officer for Alere, Inc. and the Chairman of the Board for Care Continuum Alliance. Gordon also held the role of Director for Accenx. In 2012, they became the Chief Medical Officer for xG Health Solutions, where they were responsible for ensuring the validity of clinical aspects of population health management products and services. From 2015 to 2018, they held various roles at Willis Towers Watson, including Practice Leader - Health Systems Consulting and Senior Health Management Consultant. During this time, they were also the Principal for Population Health Solutions LLC. From 2018 to 2019, they were the Chief Medical Officer for CERESTI HEALTH. Gordon currently holds the role of Chief Medical Officer for Prealize Health, where they are leveraging innovative AI technology to enable proactive healthcare solutions.

Gordon earned an MBA from Stanford University Graduate School of Business, an MD from Stanford University School of Medicine, an AB in Psychology from Stanford University, an R1-2 in Family Medicine from Maine Dartmouth Family Medicine Residency, and an R3 in Family Medicine from Univ of Rochester/Highland Hospital Family Medicine Residency.
