Andrew Bove

Andrew Bove is the Vice President of Social Work at PREBLE STREET. Prior to joining PREBLE STREET, Andrew served as the Director of Systems + Operations at the Lewiston Auburn Metropolitan Chamber of Commerce. In this role, they were responsible for coordinating daily operations, including budgeting and fiscal management, membership management, and human resources. Andrew also assessed, designed, and implemented business processes, workflows, and systems to support organizational efficiency.

Before their work at the Lewiston Auburn Metropolitan Chamber of Commerce, Andrew was a Graduate Management Intern at the University of Michigan School of Social Work's Child and Adolescent Data Lab. In this role, they supported organizational fiscal management, including budgeting, fiscal strategy, contract management, grant management, and grant reporting. Andrew also supported organizational policy and procedure development, and strategic planning efforts.

In addition to their work in the non-profit sector, Andrew has also held positions in the private sector. Andrew previously worked as the Assistant Manager of Ticketing & Fan Services for Waterfront Concerts and as a Program Coordinator for the Community Technical Assistance Collaborative (CTAC) at the University of Michigan Ginsberg Center.

Andrew is a dedicated and experienced professional with a passion for helping others. Andrew has a proven track record of success in both the non-profit and private sectors. Their experience in budgeting and fiscal management, as well as their skills in organizational efficiency make him an excellent leader and asset to any team.

Andrew Bove received their Master of Social Work from the University of Michigan with a focus in management of human services. Prior to that, they obtained their Bachelor of Social Work from the University of Maine. Andrew also has certification from the State of Maine as a Notary Public and as a Licensed Master Social Worker, conditional clinical.
