Justin Finkle

Justin Finkle is a seasoned bioinformatics and computational biology scientist currently serving as a Senior Bioinformatics and Computational Biology Scientist at Precede Biosciences since November 2023. Prior roles include Senior Bioinformatics Scientist at TenSixteen Bio and at Tempus Labs, Inc., where contributions focused on genomics and visualizations. Finkle holds a PhD in Systems and Synthetic Biology from Northwestern University, where research in the Bagheri Lab explored biological regulatory systems for personalized therapeutics. Additionally, Finkle has experience as an intern at Genentech, developing an R package for omics data visualizations, and has held engineering positions at the Demand Management Institute. Finkle earned a Bachelor of Science in Biological Engineering from Cornell University.
