Randeesh Sandhu

Randeesh Sandhu is the Co-Founder and CEO of Precede Capital Partners, where responsibilities include overall business strategy, origination, asset management relationships, and deal execution since January 2021. Previously, Randeesh founded and served as CEO of Urban Exposure Plc from July 2002 to June 2020, leading the company's lending and asset management strategy. Prior experience includes the role of Managing Director at UX Mortgages Ltd from 2005 to 2007, focusing on Buy-To-Let mortgages, and serving as a Credit Derivatives Analyst at Deutsche Bank from May 2000 to August 2002, specializing in credit risk models for credit derivatives. Randeesh's educational background includes a Master of Science in Mathematics from Birkbeck, University of London, and a Bachelor of Science (Hons) in Mathematics & Statistics from the University of Warwick, complemented by Executive Education at Harvard Business School in 2015.
