Pastor Rudy Manzano

Pastor Rudy Manzano has extensive experience in community service and family therapy, currently serving on the People's Law Enforcement Board for the Local Government Unit of Alaminos since January 2018. As President of the Society of Filipino Family Therapists since 2011, Pastor Rudy also holds the position of Coordination Manager at Precept Ministries International since 2007. Engagement in ministry work spans back to 1983 with God's Mercy Christian Ministries, where Pastor Rudy serves as a Missionary, Pastor, Teacher, and Family Therapist. Previous leadership roles include International Coordinator at Tribes and Nations Outreach (1999-2001) and Country Director/Missionary for The Bible League International in Cambodia (1995-1998). Pastor Rudy earned a Bachelor of Science in Commerce, specializing in Business Administration and Management, from the University of San Jose - Recoletos, further supported by education at Foursquare Bible College and Uniting Theological Seminary from 1971 to 1974.
