Sathya Narayanan has worked in various roles at different companies over the years. They started their career at Express Hyundai India in 2011 as an HR Consultant and worked there until January 2012. From February 2012 onwards, they joined Precia Molen India Pvt Ltd. as a Sr. HR & Business Development professional. Their most recent position was at Venture Automotive, where they have been working since March 2018, in the Car Service & Modification department.

Sathya Narayanan pursued their Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in HR & Finance from Crescent Business School in Vandalure, Chennai from 2009 to 2011.
