Shaowei (Ben) Lou's work experience begins in 2006, when they worked as an Industrial Engineer at UPS in the Brooklyn Division. Their responsibilities included determining the most efficient operations and workflow, establishing methods for maximum utilization of facilities and personnel, and conducting studies on cost control and inventory control. They then transitioned to the role of Finance Specialist at UPS, where they conducted quarterly business planning, analyzed budgets, prepared reports, and reconciled accounts.

In 2009, Lou joined OCI Security System as a Sales Manager. They were responsible for selling CCTV and other security systems, managing exhibitions and sales at International Security Conference Shows, and developing custom surveillance systems for customers.

In 2012, Lou moved to SMK Electronics as a Key Account Manager and New Business Development Manager. They successfully created and managed over $30M in business opportunities with Automotive Tier1 customers, developed a strategic account and portfolio worth over $15M in sales, and focused on innovative approaches for value-added OEM, electronic interconnect/components, and Touch Panel solutions.

Most recently, in 2018, Lou joined PRECI-DIP SA as a Regional Sales Manager.

Shaowei (Ben) Lou completed their Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering at the New York University - Polytechnic School of Engineering from 2000 to 2005. In addition to their degree, they have obtained several certifications in various fields such as Salesforce effectiveness, sales channel management, business development foundations, and operations management foundations, among others. These certifications were obtained from LinkedIn between October 2017 and January 2018.
