Sam Y. Ling

Sam Y. Ling is an accomplished professional in the biotechnology field, currently serving as Vice President and Co-Founder of PreciGenome since September 2017, where expertise lies in innovative bio-systems based on new gene technology, particularly in lipid nanoparticle synthesis and applications in gene therapy and drug delivery.
