Lukas Wiemers began their career as a Legal Trainee at Spliedt Rechtsanwälte in 2016. In 2017, they became the Co-Founder and Head of Conceptual Design at Munich Legal Tech Student Association (MLTech), where they worked to embed Legal Tech in German law studies and shape the future of dispute solution. In 2018, they worked as a Legal Trainee at Kanzlei Hoffstadt | Graf Schönborn | Skusa | Frhr. v. Feury | Partnerschaft MBB. In 2019, they began working as a Business Development at PreciPoint, where they developed, produced and marketed the "smartphone of microscopy". In 2021, they began working as a Litigation Apprentice at Hogan Lovells.
Lukas Wiemers obtained a Staatsexamen in Rechtswissenschaften from Ludwig-Maximilians-Universität München. Lukas then completed their Abitur from Landerziehungsheim Schloss Neubeuern in 2015.
