AMS Customer Support Department Lead at Precise Systems

Anne Davenport's work experience includes various roles in education and training. Anne started their career as a Math Teacher in Fairfax County Public Schools and Santa Rosa County Public Schools, where they developed and implemented lessons following Common Core and state standards. Anne also modified and differentiated classroom activities to cater to students with intellectual disabilities.

After that, Anne worked as a Developmental Math Instructor at Pensacola State College, where they assisted in implementing a new Redesign Math Program and instructed math courses for college students. Anne then became a Mathematics Curriculum Developer at the National Network of Digital Schools, where they created a full-year academic course aligned with Common Core standards.

Anne also worked as a College Math and Computer Instructor at Miller-Motte Technical College, where they created relevant lessons for collegiate level curriculum and monitored student progress. Anne later joined Pearson as a Professional Scorer for Geometry, Algebra I and II.

Their most recent position was at Precise Systems, Inc., where they held multiple roles. Anne started as an AMS Product Consultant for Visualizations, providing feedback to developers on new features from a user perspective. Anne then became the AMS Training Team Lead, overseeing the transition of AMS Training to an eLearning platform and collaborating with multiple stakeholders. Currently, they are serving as the AMS Customer Support Department Lead, responsible for managing the team and ensuring effective communication between AMS users and developers.

Throughout their career, Anne has demonstrated strong instructional and leadership skills, as well as a commitment to creating inclusive learning environments and implementing innovative teaching methods.

Anne Davenport obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Mathematics from the University of Maryland from 2007 to 2011. Prior to that, they received their High School Diploma from Daniel Hand High School from 2003 to 2007. Additionally, they have obtained several certifications in various subjects such as motivating teams, user story mapping, and Microsoft software training.
