Tom Focone has over 20 years of experience in Human Resources, with a focus on global compensation and talent management. Tom has held various leadership roles in companies such as Pitney Bowes and Precisely. In their most recent position as Senior Vice President at Precisely, Tom was responsible for integrating the employees of Pitney Bowes Software & Data into the new organization, leading to cost savings of over $500,000.
