Tom Focone

Tom Focone has over 20 years of experience in Human Resources, with a focus on global compensation and talent management. Tom has held various leadership roles in companies such as Pitney Bowes and Precisely. In their most recent position as Senior Vice President at Precisely, Tom was responsible for integrating the employees of Pitney Bowes Software & Data into the new organization, leading to cost savings of over $500,000. Tom also developed global HR business partner and contingent staffing models, managed HR due diligence during company sales, and oversaw the integration of multiple acquisitions. Prior to this, Tom held leadership positions at Pitney Bowes, where they implemented sales compensation and employee development programs, managed global compensation policies, and led continuous process improvement efforts. Earlier in their career, Tom held HR roles at Conair Corporation and Lufthansa, where they oversaw HR functions, implemented employee communication programs, and led cultural change efforts.

Tom Focone holds a BA degree in Psychology & Management from Hofstra University. Tom also completed a Baruch/Cornell MSILR program in HR & Labor Relations at Baruch College. Tom has attended various executive education programs, including Leading a High Performance Culture at the University of Virginia Darden School of Business and the Human Resources Learning Partnership at The RBL Group. Tom also completed the Pitney Bowes Strategic Leadership Program at the University of Michigan - Stephen M. Ross School of Business. Additionally, Tom obtained certification as a LUMA Institute Certified practitioner in 2019.
