Agatha Feltus

Agatha Feltus is a highly experienced professional in analytical development with a focus on biopharmaceuticals and gene therapy. Currently serving as Senior Director of Analytical Development at Precision BioSciences, Inc., Agatha leads the CMC Analytical group in developing assays for mRNA, AAV, and CAR-T programs. Prior experience includes roles as Research Advisor at Elanco, where Agatha led a team in developing potency and quality assays, as well as serving as a Senior Research Scientist at both Elanco and Eli Lilly, concentrating on analytical control strategies for biomolecules. Agatha began a career in research as a Research Assistant at the University of Kentucky, where significant advancements in detection methods for biological molecules were achieved. Agatha earned a Ph.D. in Pharmaceutical Sciences and a B.S. in Chemistry, both from the University of Kentucky.
