Sara Kindell

Sara Kindell is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in talent acquisition and human resources management. Currently serving as Associate Director of HR at Precision BioSciences, Inc. since February 2019, Sara has played key roles in talent acquisition and recruitment. Prior to this, Sara was a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist at Welltower™ Inc. and held a Senior HR Associate position at Owens Corning, where responsibilities included developing recruitment strategies and managing HR business partnerships. Additional early career experience includes roles at L Brands and Precise Resource as a Recruiting Coordinator. Sara holds a B.A. in Psychology and Religion from Denison University.
