Ivelis Alday

Ivelis Alday is an experienced Human Resources professional currently serving as the Human Resources Director for the CFW Group at Precision Castparts since February 2019. Prior to this role, Ivelis worked at UTC Aerospace Systems from March 2012 to December 2018 as the Associate Director of Human Resources, overseeing the HR function for a $1 billion international business and managing the acquisitions of Goodrich and Collins Aerospace. Additionally, Ivelis has served as a Human Resources Manager at Hamilton Sundstrand Electronics Systems Center. Ivelis holds a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) from California State University, Northridge.
