Jack Herkert

Jack Herkert is an experienced automation engineer currently involved in the Industry 4.0 Development Program at Precision Castparts, a position held since January 2023. Prior experience includes a mechanical engineering internship at Sierra Space, where responsibilities included working on temperature control valves and environmental control systems for the Dream Chaser project in the summer of 2021. Additional internships were completed at Masters Building Solutions, Inc., and a long-term role as a track and field coach with Flying V's Track and Field Club. Jack holds a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Stanford University and a Master's degree in Aerospace, Aeronautical and Astronautical Engineering from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
