Michael Laks

Michael Laks is a seasoned automation engineer currently serving as a Staff Automation Engineer at Precision Castparts, where responsibilities include managing large-scale automation projects, improving robotic processes, and handling supplier relations. Previously, Michael held the role of Automation Engineer at Absolute Robot Inc., leading custom automation projects using FANUC and Cartesian Robots, and establishing expertise in FANUC 6-axis robots. Michael initiated and oversaw project development and implementation, ensuring successful integration at customer sites. A graduate of Worcester Polytechnic Institute with a Bachelor's degree in Mechatronics, Robotics, and Automation Engineering, Michael is pursuing a Master of Science in Robotics Engineering at the same institution.
