Marie Payne

Marie Payne is a highly skilled professional with extensive experience in Geographic Information Systems (GIS) and technology management. Currently serving as the Technology and Innovation Manager at Precision Design Solutions since July 2024, Marie previously held the role of GIS Development Manager at Atlantic Engineering Group, where leadership focused on developing automation solutions for the telecom industry. With expertise in utilizing ESRI ArcGIS Pro software, Marie has a strong background in GIS programming and analysis, demonstrated through previous positions including GIS Programmer Analyst II and GIS Analyst at Texian Geospatial and Asset Solutions, LLC., and Texas A&M University. Educational achievements include a Master’s degree in Natural Resource Development and a Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science from Texas A&M University, complemented by an internship in microbiology.
