Audrey Mermillon

Audrey Mermillon is a seasoned project manager and innovation specialist currently working at Bouygues Telecom since January 2019. In the role of PMO and innovation project manager, Audrey focuses on identifying startups for investment and partnership, fostering an internal innovation community, and managing the innovation project portfolio. Previous roles include PMO for commerce and omnichannel, overseeing IT evolution across various sales channels, and managing budgets and reporting. With experience as a community manager at ASSE International and a consultant in organizational management at Enza Management Consulting, Audrey has successfully led projects in real estate development and CRM implementation. Educational qualifications include a Master's degree in Organization Consulting and Strategy from emlyon business school and various degrees in Law, Economics, and Management from French universities.
