Heather Kaufman's work experience includes roles as Chief Compliance Officer at Precision Diagnostics starting in July 2023, Compliance and Safety Manager at Revo Health from November 2021 to August 2023, Research Compliance Consultant Sr. and Program Manager Research Compliance at Allina Health from August 2014 to November 2021, and Law Clerk at the Minnesota Department of Human Services from May 2013 to August 2014.

Heather Kaufman completed their education in a chronological order. Heather first attended the University of Wisconsin-La Crosse from 2007 to 2011, where they earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Political Science and Government. Following this, they pursued further studies at the Mitchell Hamline School of Law, where they obtained a Doctor of Law (JD) degree from 2011 to 2014. In addition to their formal education, they also obtained a certification in Healthcare Compliance (CHC) in June 2023.
