Sharap Wangchok has extensive experience in IT support, currently serving as a Help Desk Specialist at Precision Document Solutions since December 2016, where responsibilities include dispatching for US hospitals and managing daily ticket creation. Concurrently, Sharap holds the position of Desktop Support Engineer at Prabhu Group since May 2011, focusing on IT, desktop, hardware, network, and end-user support. Previous roles include Desktop Support Technician for the New York City Department of Environmental Protection and Desktop Support Engineer at Perfact Protection, where Sharap's work involved maintenance and troubleshooting across various systems and hardware configurations.
