Angelina Bisconte

Senior Director, Translational Biology & Biomarker Development at Precision For Medicine

Angelina Bisconte is the current Senior Director of Translational Biology & Biomarker Development at Precision for Medicine. Prior to this, they served as a Scientific Information Developer at Precision for Medicine, utilizing their immunology background in preclinical and clinical primary cell assay development, PK/PD biomarker validation, and drug discovery. Before that, Angelina was a Scientist at Principia Biopharma, leading the pharmacology team to develop in vivo and ex-vivo pharmacokinetic/pharmacodynamic models for several programs within a multi-disciplinary environment. Angelina was also the biology leader to establish POC on early R&D pipeline programs and developed primary human cell based assays for proof of concept and mechanism of action studies for autoimmune targets. Angelina began their career as a Senior Research Associate at Genentech in November 2008.

Angelina Bisconte has a B.S. in Computer Science, Molecular Biology & Cell Biology, and Genetics & Biochemistry from Texas A&M University.
