Justin Scarfeo, MBA, PMP, is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in project finance and operational excellence within the clinical solutions sector. Currently serving as Vice President of Project Finance at Precision For Medicine since September 2017, Justin leads financial systems, process improvement, and portfolio analytics while overseeing a team of analysts and coordinators. Previous roles at Precision include Vice President of Operational Excellence and Executive Director of Project Management, where responsibilities encompassed optimizing operations and managing clinical trials for devices and diagnostics. Prior experience at SynteractHCR ranged from Director of Service Delivery to Project Manager, focusing on business process optimization and corporate business initiatives. A graduate of UC Santa Barbara with a BS in Mechanical Engineering, Justin also holds an MBA in Finance from National University and a Lean Six Sigma certificate from UC San Diego.
