Dr. Wayne Gearey is a Senior Managing Director/ Chief Labor Economist at Savills, responsible for labor, demographic and risk analytics in various industries. Dr. Wayne also holds the position of Clinical Professor of Decision Science / Location Economics at The University of Texas at Dallas, where Dr. Wayne teaches students how to utilize technology for business success. Dr. Wayne's expertise in location economics and business intelligence has been showcased in previous roles such as SVP/ Chief Analytics Officer at Lightcast and Chief Data Scientist/ National Director at JLL.
