Michelle Smith (MCIM) began their education in 1996 and completed their A Levels and GCSE's at Oldfield. In 2003, they enrolled at UWE and obtained their BA Hons in History in 2006. Later, in 2009, they attended City of Bristol College and acquired the CIM - Introductory and Professional Certificate in Marketing. Michelle then achieved the Professional Diploma in Marketing from Cambridge Marketing College in 2013. In addition to these qualifications, they also obtained the Introductory Certificate in Marketing in July 2009 and the Professional Certificate in Marketing in July 2010 from the Chartered Institute of Marketing (CIM).
