Bob Neal

Bob Neal is a seasoned design engineer with extensive experience in the medical device and automotive industries. Currently serving as a Senior Design Engineer at Precision Spine since January 2015, Bob specializes in the creation of advanced designs for spinal implants and instrumentation. Bob also owns Sonrise Restorations, focusing on renovating single-family homes in Dayton, OH and northern NJ. Prior experience includes a role as a Design Engineer at Biomet, where Bob developed medical implants and instruments while collaborating directly with surgeons. Bob's engineering career began at Delphi Corporation, where significant contributions were made in both powertrain systems and chassis systems across several years. Bob holds coursework in Mechanical Engineering from Sinclair Community College and a diploma in Mechanical Drafting/Design from Medina County Vocational School.
