Shannon Conway

Shannon Conway has over 18 years of work experience. Shannon began their career in 2001 as an Electro-mechanical at Laco, Inc. In 2003, they became the Owner and Operator of Quiznos Subs, where they were responsible for the build out and daily and weekly operations. In 2004, they returned to Laco, Inc as Sales Manager, managing top tier accounts and developing marketing strategy and MARCOM materials. From 2006 to 2007, they worked at Panera Bread as General Manager and New Store Project Manager, overseeing West Coast build outs and restructuring the 'restaurant opening' process. In 2008, they worked at Bank of America as Project Manager, responsible for planning and overseeing the installation of hardware and software. From 2010 to 2012, they worked at Triple Advantage Real Estate Group as Business Development Manager. From 2014 to 2019, they worked at Blue Shield of California as IT Project Manager. Currently, they work at Precision West Technologies as Project Manager/Estimation.

Shannon Conway attended Monta Vista from 1982 to 1986 and Grossmont College from 1988 to 1990. Shannon also attended Some, but the start and end years are unknown.
