Jeremy Roberts

Jeremy Roberts has a long and varied work experience. Jeremy began their career as an Automation Engineer at Plastic Automation Solutions in 2000. In 2006, they became an Engineering Manager at Industrial Automated Design. In 2008, they were promoted to Engineering Manager at AUTOMATED TECHNIQUES. In 2010, they became the Owner of Calleo Designs, LLC. From 2012 to 2022, they held the roles of Production Manager and Engineering Manager at Oetiker Tool Corp. - Sargent Tools. In 2022, they became the President of Woodland Power Products, Inc. and the Production Manager of Precision X-Ray, Inc.

Jeremy Roberts is currently enrolled in an Executive MBA at the Jack Welch Management Institute, which they began in 2017. Jeremy obtained their Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering from Lake Superior State University in 1999. Additionally, they have obtained five certifications from LinkedIn since 2020, including Make the Move from Individual Contributor to Manager (2021), Communicating about Culturally Sensitive Issues (2020), Diversity Recruiting (2020), Interviewing Techniques (2020), and Unconscious Bias (2020).
