Andy Seale has a diverse work experience spanning several fields. Andy currently serves as the Director of Data Protection at PRECISIONxtract. Prior to that, they were the Director/Owner of Healthcare Compliance Consulting LLC. Andy also has experience as a Conservation Commissioner for the Town of Milford and as a Director of Privacy and Compliance at Health Plans, Inc.

In addition, Andy has served as an Ethics Commissioner for the Milford Ethics Commission and as the Director of Information Privacy and Security for Commonwealth Care Alliance. Andy has also held the position of Director of Compliance, Privacy, and Safety at Iora Health, where they managed incident response programs.

Earlier in their career, Andy worked as the Manager of Quality and Compliance at Health Dialog and as an Executive Commissioner-Treasurer at Nashua Regional Planning Commission. Andy began their career as a Lead QA Engineer at Scribe Software.

Throughout their various roles, Andy has gained extensive experience in areas such as data protection, compliance, privacy, and safety. Andy has worked with Medicare and Medicaid health plans, handled ethics complaints, and ensured compliance with regulations such as HIPAA and NCQA.

Andy Seale CHC CHPC obtained a HS Diploma in College Prep from Bishop Guertin in 1987. From 1987 to 1992, they attended the University of New Hampshire where they received a BA in Political Science/History. In 2001, they enrolled at Rivier University and earned a BS in Computer Science in 2004. Andy also pursued additional certifications, including OSHA 10 hour Training from SOI in April 2015, CHPC from HCCA in November 2017, Certified In Healthcare Compliance from the Compliance Certification Board in November 2014, and Chronic Care Professional - CCP from the Care Continuum Alliance in December 2011. Currently, no information is available regarding their ongoing education or enrollment at the University of New Hampshire.
