Luis Ariza

Luis Ariza currently serves as the Area Director of Compliance & Data Protection, Chief Compliance Officer, Data Protection Officer, and Chief Artificial Intelligence Officer at Randstad España since January 2024. Previously, Luis was the Head of the Personal Data Protection Department at Randstad and acted as the Data Protection Officer for the Latam Iberia region. Luis has extensive experience in privacy and data protection, having held roles such as Deputy DPO and Lawful Interception Team Manager at Orange, as well as Senior Associate Lawyer in Risk & Compliance at Ecija Law & Technology. Luis holds a Bachelor’s degree in Law and multiple advanced degrees and certifications in cybersecurity, compliance, and information security.
