Jason Hedge

Jason Hedge has a diverse work experience in Human Resources, with a focus on leadership and training development. Jason has served as the Director of Human Resources at several companies, including Precisional LLC, Seco Precision, Spectra Precision, Protempis, and LOADRITE. Prior to these roles, they founded Launchable Leadership, where they provided HR consulting and training development services. Jason also worked as the Director of Human Resources at Sweetbridge, Inc. and Bethel, where they played a key role in developing and overseeing HR departments during periods of rapid growth. Additionally, they worked as a Human Resource Consultant at BBSI, where they supported business leaders in various industries with employment law, training, and growth. Jason Hedge has a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology from California State University, Fresno. Jason also holds a Master's Degree in Industrial Technology from the same institution. In addition, they obtained the certification of SHRM-SCP from SHRM in December 2015.
