Dominic Nottage PMP, CSM

Dominic Nottage has extensive work experience in project management, particularly in the fields of software development and technology solutions.

Their most recent role was as a Senior Technical Project Manager at PrecisionHawk, where they managed the full software development life cycle (SDLC) for multiple projects involving AI components. Dominic also handled service projects related to data collection for software processing. In this role, Dominic was responsible for gathering business requirements, developing user stories and UAT scripts, implementing CI/CD processes, creating process flows, and managing application topology. Dominic reported directly to the PMO Manager and tracked key usage and engagement metrics. Dominic also played a key role in strategic planning and the implementation of best practices in the SDLC. Their skills include proficiency in Jira, Confluence, Slack, Figma, and strong communication skills.

Prior to PrecisionHawk, Dominic worked at Retail Ecommerce Ventures as a Product & Project Manager (Scrum Master), focusing on mobile app development. Dominic was responsible for gathering business requirements, developing user stories and UAT scripts, managing the sprint backlog, and conducting Scrum ceremonies. Dominic also played a role in interviewing and vetting developers and designers and training others in managing sprints. Dominic reported directly to the Chief Product Owner and PMO Managers.

Dominic also has experience as an Instructor for Software Development Fundamentals at Synergy Bahamas [Career Training]. Dominic taught a Microsoft certification class for software development and seamlessly transitioned to online teaching due to the COVID-19 pandemic.

In addition, Dominic has worked as an IT Project Manager (Scrum Master) at the Department of Environmental Planning and Protection, as a Senior Project Manager at Redstone [Technology Solutions], and as an Information Systems Analyst III at Broward County Government.

Dominic Nottage PMP, CSM has a diverse education history. In 1998 to 2001, they attended Barry University, where they earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Computer and Information Systems. Moving forward to 2015, Dominic pursued further education at Nova Southeastern University, focusing on Information Technology Project Management. Here, they obtained a PMP (Project Management Professional) certification. In 2020, Dominic attended the Scrum Alliance and graduated with a CSM (Certified ScrumMaster) certification, enhancing their expertise in Scrum Methodology.
