Ron A.

Ron A. has over 14 years of experience in the Human Resources field. Ron began their career in 2006 as a Recruiter at Madison Square Garden. In 2008, they moved to North Jersey Media Group as an Employee Relations. In 2010, they joined Frutarom as a Human Resources Manager and HR Generalist. In 2013, Ron A. worked at NATUREX as a Director of Human Resources, Americas and HR Manager. Ron also worked at KIND as a Director, Head of Talent Acquisition and Recruiting Manager. In 2017, they became the Head of People at Nuts.com. In 2018, Ron A. founded Braver People and incubated a human-centric Search business at Nuts. com, which spun-off and earned over $100k in its first 6 months. In 2019, they joined Mathison as a Chief Talent Officer and VP, Talent. In 2021, Ron A. became the Chief People Officer at Recycle Track Systems. Currently, they are the (Interim) Head of HR at PreciTaste.
