Klaus Loeffler

Klaus Loeffler has extensive work experience in the laser technology industry. Klaus is currently the Managing Director at Precitec - Laser Material Processing since January 2022. Prior to this, they held the role of Chief Sales Officer (CSO) at VON ARDENNE GmbH from January 2021 to December 2021. From July 2014 to January 2021, they served as the Managing Director at TRUMPF Business Field Laser and Electronics. Klaus also worked as the International Sales Laser Systems at TRUMPF Laser und Systemtechnik from January 2012 to June 2014. Additionally, they worked as the Secretary Executive Board at Laser Institute of America from 2007 to January 2013. Klaus also held the position of Head of International Sales at TRUMPF Laser und Systemtechnik GmbH from 2010 to 2012. Klaus Loeffler began their career as a Laser Development Engineer at TRUMPF Laser und Systemtechnik GmbH in September 1989, and later became the Director of TRUMPF Laser Technology Center at TRUMPF USA until 2003. Before entering the laser technology industry, Klaus Loeffler was the Head of Joining at Volkswagen AG from 2002 to 2006, where they were responsible for the development of various joining methods.
