Shawn Pitman currently serves as the Director of Engineering at Precitech, having previously held roles as Director of Hardware Engineering at EFI and Sr. Manager of Cell Controls Engineering at Rivian. With an extensive background in controls engineering and mechanical engineering, Shawn has led teams in developing innovative products at various companies, including Tesla and EFI, where significant achievements were made in cost reduction and compliance with safety standards. Educational credentials include a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering and Computer Engineering from Western New England University, along with professional development from Stanford University.
