Kwang Shiong Wong

Kwang Shiong Wong is currently working as an Applications Development Engineer at Preco, Inc. since August 2017. Prior to this role, they served as a Graduate Research Assistant and Graduate Teaching Assistant at Iowa State University. Kwang Shiong has a Master's of Science in Mechanical Engineering and a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the same institution. In their research role, they focused on surface texturing for hydrophobicity, laser surface treatment for hardness increase, and thermal analysis. As a teaching assistant, Kwang Shiong conducted lab sessions, provided lectures, and graded assignments in various mechanical engineering courses. Additionally, they have experience as a tutor, assisting students in Mechanics of Materials and Statistics for Engineers.
